The Original Double Bazooka Antenna

 

Made especially to keep RF energy from getting back into the operators radio room, prevent TV interference, and interference to audio components.
  Future plans include expanding into other antenna designs that are not readily available on today's Ham market.

Primary designers and builders

Bob (AD5VJ)

Bob has been a Ham Radio Operator since 1965 and served in the Navy as a Radar man.

He has been in Radio Electronics including Electromagnetic Compatibility for over 40 years. Bob hold an Extra Class Operator License and has been involved in DXing since 1986. He lived on Johston Island for 2 years as a rare DX operator under the call sign of WY5L/KH3. Bob has also been involved in antennas research and RFI and EMI while working on projects for the Federal Government and Department of Defense.

Ray Dobson (N5DAS)

Ray has been a Ham Radio Operator for over 30 years. Found usually running nets on 10 meters around 28.345. In the 1950's Ray was involved as an SWL while making his own antennas and receivers, then later intriqued by radio and electronics took the plunge into Ham Radio and holds an Advanced Class Operator License.

Ray is retired from the Navy and has been in radio communications for over 50 years. He was a Senior Electronics Technician at SW Research Institute in San Antonio, Texas for many years. Ray has has experience in Radio Frequency work professionally for over 18 years and has helped author papers on Antennas and Propagation.
