Our Original Double Bazooka Antenna
- These are not coaxial dipoles, which some pass off as Double Bazookas.
- This antenna presents anywhere from 95% to 100% efficiency, except at the band edges, where it normally exhibits approximately 85% to 88% efficiency. So it is very good for QRP work, as well as, Full Legal Limit without a BALUN.
- We price our antennas for Hams and hope to recoop our costs, we charge no handling or packaging fees. Everything is fully tested to meet your operating requirements before it is shipped.
- Everything is made by hand. Nothing is machined here. We pride ourselves in old fashioned quality workmanship.
- We customize all of our antennas to meet your operating needs. The Double Bazooka is an extremely forgiving antenna to surrounding objects.
- The antennas are made from MIL STD RG-6 fully jacketed U/V protected coax. This is commercial grade digital coax which is double shielded 100% coverage and has been sweep tested up to 3,000 Mhz for shielding and losses.
- RFI is a thing of the past with this design. The outer portion of the antenna acts as a BALUN and there is no harmonic or feed line radiation from this antenna.
